    They didn't change the description from CS.

    Ice Shard can be dropped in Fragarach Dungeon.

        Ice Shards can also be dropped by Dragon Mystic (lvl 10 ladder boss) and Hitomi (lvl 20 ladder boss) however lvl 30 doesn't seem to drop it... as I've beaten it twice in the alpha with no drops.

          Yahaha, I noticed that too, but really lvl 70 for ice shard is jst ridiculous
