Duplication Glitch

I was putting my bound Pet Taming Scrolls in the vault and then for some reason I had another topaz gem show up where I palced the scrolls...but the scrolls were in my inventory still. I tried it with multiple other items and it randomly duplicated another single item in my inventory. It duplicated a chipped topaz & ruby gem, Lvl30 Starter Pack, 2 bound 2EXP Tokens. The tokens ended up changing into 10 more taming scrolls and ended up combined with my original three.

I deleted the items so I hope my account will still be alright, if you need a screen shot of duplicated items let me know!

Okay I think the vault is just glitched entirely, I put my chipped ruby in (non "duplicated" one) and it turned into 6 2EXP Tokens and stayed like that...

Weird.. Try it again, and then refresh, and see if the items are still there. Then grab me some screenshots, please.

Never mind, it seems to have cleared up after I refreshed. I'm not having any issues anymore...sorry about that. I wonder what caused it o_o;

Most likely lag causing the images to not refresh in the inventory as they should. Glad this isn't an actual glitch. Thank you for letting us know it's okay now.

I'm back again. I ended up refreshing it a second time, due to my internet going down, and my Lvl30 starter pack has disappeared. I'm only at Lvl 26, so I haven't used it yet. What should I do?

The other items you deleted earlier, are those gone as well? Have you tried refreshing again just to see if that helps?

The best I can do is ask if they are able to send you a new pack, but that won't be until Monday.

The other items that made duplicates are still there (not the duplicates though), but it's just the lvl30 pack that's gone. I had it in my inventory before my internet went down so I'm not sure what happened. I did try to refresh to see if it'd fix the issue, but it didn't work. I'll send in a ticket about it.

Do one last thing for me, please. Hit the sort button on your inventory and your vault.

Darn. I was hoping things would magically reappear as they had a tendency to do in alpha. I'll make sure your ticket gets looked into first thing Monday.
