Broken default attack

Hi, I submitted a ticket regarding this issue on Saturday, but was hoping maybe this was really a simpler issue.

Anyways, for the last few days my default attack has been on a permanent cooldown and so I have been stuck playing without it.
Any solution would be lovely and much appreciated.

Based on past experiences, there is no quick fix that works for this. Can you provide your character name and server? I'll ask about your ticket when staff gets in the office.

Same thing is happening to me. It bugged out during sengolia and has been the same since. I sent you a private message with more information.

Am I supposed to receive a confirmation email upon submitting a ticket? Because I never got one so I don't know my ticket number. This is a pretty severe bug.

Again, this happened during sengolia and has remained like so ever since. Restarted computer, cleared cache, swapped skills... nothing works. The normal attack is stuck in cooldown.

You'll get a ticket number when you get a reply, but I don't need the ticket number because you included your character name.

I did forward this for you both, but I think it was missed because I had also forwarded a number of other things at about the same time. I'll forward it again.

My default normal attack is also stuck in cooldown and is unusable. It might have happened in Sengolia as well. Relogging didn't fix it.

Same thing happened to me. Please help, I submitted a ticket. Mine broke in Hellstorm after getting attacked by two beastmasters.
