      You should have gotten a reply to your ticket asking for permission to access your character. You were online the entire day, so they couldn't access your character.

        This issue has been fixed. Thank you for your help. I didn't know they had sent an email until late that day because it had been sent to my spam. I sent a reply letting them know I would log off and they could do what they needed to.
