You get the items with the red zeroes on them when your inventory failed to sort properly and you used the item while the icon was in the wrong spot. Sort your inventory successfully, and then refresh. Then you can safely drop the items.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5

I got almost same bug. Doing a quest, my inventory was full so quest items go to Temp Storage. I clear my inventory, find another quest item then finished the quest while quest items still in Temp Storage. After that, i moved that thing into my inventory and cant throw or sell, cant remove it.
