Regarding the above matter, I and my guild mate try to hunt the Drop for 5x entrance ticket + 2 (bonus dungeon entrance this week) but not a single drop of the item appear. Please review the drop rate or cancel the quest altogether because its impossible to get with a limited dungeon ticket.
THIS problem happened also during trying to get a drop from phoenix in Nirvana Domain Dungeon. Not a single drop of a quest item. Also, When dealing with Nirvana domain and above, its have limitation to only join a certain level to get it. Even if im able to do it on Nightmare mode i must hunt it on Normal mode instead as requested by quest line. Please disable the limitation on mode.
My suggest: Remove/replace the quest and/or increase the drop rate of quest item in dungeon to more than 50%
