i forgot my character lock is there anyway it can be reset?

You need to have R2 reset it. Send in a ticket to www.r2games.com/support. You will be asked questions to verify ownership, and then they will remove your character lock.
To speed the process up, include the following in your ticket with your request to reset the character lock:
Character name, server
Approximate registration date
Approximate character creation date
IP Address used when the character was created (if you are not using the same ISP, using a dynamic IP, or have moved, provide the city and country instead)
