pet temple bug

clicked the pet temple angel x10 took my crystal and didnt give me my pets...
put in a ticket on October 25th, then again 3 days later, and again today.
havent heard a thing. really irritating.... :/

Ticket system doesn't do any good, you dont even get an auto response as a backup the ticket was submitted suscessfully

Okay so they emailed me back two weeks ago saying they were looking into the issue and I still haven't received my crystal or my pets... this is very frustrating. this is like flushing 40 dollars down the toilet. :/ I just want my items. my original ticket dates back to October 25th and they still haven't done anything. Pet system bugs and takes my money but I have to wait for them for months? this isn't fair at all.
