The description was fixed once, and then reverted to the incorrect one in a maintenance. They are not available on Monster Island.
Open the Pet panel, click on the Pet Temple tab at the top, pray to the left side. You will have a chance to obtain those pets.

I'm not sure if they drop in Overlord or not, but couldn't you also morph a blue quality pet and have a chance to get them as well?
