      http://prnt.sc/d9hbqq Extreme Fire Wings 1, I sent a ticket for Aurele on Server s5. I have another opened ticket that is unrelated to my wings though.

        Im lose my wing after do some upgrade , idk why , but as i know i didn't removed that wings from the bag

                      my ingame wife lost her demigod +8 wings 6 days ago she sent a ticket even pmed you memory to forward the ticket but she hasnt got a responce from you or r2 games then yesterday i sent a ticket on her behave and still no reply she is a VIP4 and she has no wings coz you guys wont help her plz do something about this issue before she decides to quit coz of you guys lazyness

                        I lost my Demigod Wings VIII on Friday, 25.11., today its Thursday, 01.12.
                        They are just disappeared out of my backpack. They are not in Vaults too. Everything checked and sorted 100times or more.

                        When i send my first ticket on Friday, i was told that i will become an answer within 3 days.
                        But why nothing happend???.... Just NOTHING!!!!!
                        Yesterday u guys was able to make maintenance, and u made an update. Wow Thank you very much for that!!!!! All those players have fun with it. But not me.
                        Because I still dont know, if i can play this in future or not. Because u guys dont take care of it. Because i dont want give up this toon, but i wont play continued without wings.
                        I gave much money for
                        your game, but you know that r2.

                        Able to make maintenance and updates on wednesday, but not able to take care of my wings? At least you could answer me.
                        Pls help me or you will lose 1 more active player

                              I have no control over ticket replies or when support will actually send things. ddtankkush will need to keep me informed on the status so that I know to keep forwarding.
