Login failed on all servers cant start game

I bought a new laptop today as i used to play crystal saga years ago and i wanted to try crystal saga 2. unfortuneately everytime i attempt to play i get login failed no matter which server i choose. do i need to use a specific browser. i dont know why i cant get connected. my signal is great all other games run great. only this game has this issue.
