Health orb / health orb bar bugged?

Good day, my character has been having a bad time on farming cause my health orb is not working even its still has 900k charges. please help me resolve this problem R2. I'll be expecting replies from u guys.. Thank you and god bless

Can you open your Settings panel (the gear icon on the bottom right of the game screen) and make sure the box for auto-restoring hp is checked, please?
