yes hi i am having a prob with my elite skill atk spd i have screen shots of it and whats going on is that i have 5/100 on the atk spd and it shows that in the first pic and now on the 2nd pic it still shows that i'm at 5/100 and yet the % is at 1% from putting 5 points on it ty for your time

every elite point give you +0.2 atk spd so in 100/100 is +20% -
i know but it should say 10/100 and not still 5/100Comment
