Private shop, cannot buy Soul Print

When I set up my private shop I can sell everything, and I tried to show that I can list anything to buy - except the Soul Print. When I click 'Confirm' nothing happens. I've tried different toons and browsers and the client and it just won't work. Tyvm

Can you confirm and provide a screenshot of an attempted vend of Soul Print alone? Just to rule out that the bid price exceeding your pocketed gold has nothing to do with it.

The devs are insisting that they are able to vend the item in their shop. They requested that you post a video of the issue happening.

Moderator Iskandar has provided the team with the necessary video. The devs noted that the issue will be fixed. Let me know after this week’s maintenance if it is patched.
