Honor shop in flag king room

What quality is the costume there the winter's love costume is it blue or more? Does it give more stats than the blue at the shop. And what is the thunder bear quality too?

so far just have 400 points and need 4990 for winter love head costume since im doing solo so it very slow get points

I will take a very long time for anyone to find out as we get no info on the systems from R2 and hardly anyone participates in flag king so its very hard to get points up so most people stopped bothering. Being that you can get the costume in free play then I wouldn't count on it being very high stats. Likely the same as stats from costumes in shop if not less.
