Please, carefully read the description for maintenance. It is an approximation of when the server will go down. It is not promised to start at 3 am EDT. It can begin right at 3 am or 2 hours from that time. It's a warning to prepare for maintenance to begin at any time after 3 am. I hope that clears up any confusion.
