Hmm just did event went Buff Buff SS Buff BUff. What a freaking joke. You set up a 4th of July event and can only do 5 times a day and over 85% chance your gonna get a crappy buff. Lame and one of the biggest event failures so far.Comment

The buffs don't stack. You should go grind or run dungeons for the hour you have the buff, then come back and try again, so that you do not 'waste' additional buffs.
