why do you always delete asking post on LOV? lol
it's just a simple question give an answer even if it's "no there is any LOV for this serv" or "just wait and be quiet" if you want x)

For events can you think about make them along the day? one which are like Lost Memory and Real and Shame, cause we all know time difference between server and our country time so maybe expand it along the day?

The crappy rewards in it pays are for the new insignia they added last week i think. Marshall and Celestial go upgrades i think

That seems likely. If it is, it doesn't pose a big enough problem to be corrected immediately, so a dinky mount for 42k it will stay.
