It's difficult to put an exact time on matters like this, given that it's never happened before. Just sit tight, be patient, and hope everything works out.

Got this emailed today in response to my support ticket:

Hello,

I would like to give an update on the Crystal Saga on Kongregate situation.

We are currently still talking with R2 on how to proceed with this. It's not an easy situation as it isn't just like flipping a data switch and the accounts would magically be on new R2 servers. There's some old time programming involved since CS is one of R2's much older games.

There is a big time difference between Kong here in San Francisco and R2 over in China so that does slow down our back and forth.
