yes its a permanent 2 person battle mount. you can either get it by buying the Pack for 1499 Crystals or you get it on it own for 999 Crystals

Why does it cost more PC's to upgrade the new mount? Its the same as the Mammoth O.o the Mammoth gave 20% Defense and the new one give 20% Attack. They are both 2 person Mount and you buy both of them. Yet the Mommoth cost 2 PC's to upgrade and the new one of 9 Pc's to upgrade O.o
