We've added an introduction guide to the level cap increase, and are monitoring and working on resolving the issues with the update.

I hope GMs keep in mind that at least some of us are playing on PvE servers if they want to make all new maps PvP or even more PvP events there...and yep, I' ve already filed a ticket.

GM can you shut down automatic evil mode there .. can't afk

being attacked in that zone has been disabled. for now. keep a eye out for gm's announcements if want to know more about why such things are such ways. that is all that will be discussed about it from me

You dont get what i mean.
It is common courtesy to publish release notes for every update on software or games.
This includes all the things that changed.

In this case it should be like:
- Level Cap raised to 150.
To extend your level beyond 120 complete a quest from the npc....bla
Without completing the quest you can lvl up....
- New Area with lvl 121-150 mobs released.
The new area "Seven Magic Field" can be accessed by portal from "The Wilterlands"
- Level range for events like ladder has not been adjusted yet. You can enter but dont get experience by completing.....or so (no idea yet if its true).
- new dungeon....bla...
- new armor....bla...
- ....

Look on your world map, you can clearly see the new area, just go there .

no word about the lvl up quest.
I read the forum AND need to ask other players to get an update on whats new.

I really dont understand why you dont write the full story.

S1-3 isn't getting any updates, this is bull. We'll be a whole day behind everyone else and theres nothing we can do about it, only thing that's posted on our servers are the Card events. Gahhhh, and I thought R2 was fixing itself up lately.
