cashed 42k total during lottery even sent a ticket last sunday that i got only 1 key/recharge 3 days later nothing happened filed another ticket early so they still had time to check it with screenshot, also pm'd one of their forum mods.

She looked onto it, didn't receive any replies after it, then i went to sleep and as i woke up , they sent my issue forward to further investigation, well like it helps anything anymore since the lottery has ended.
