Description: For the following week, players may visit the Quartermaster in Starglade to exchange 25 Bronze Honor Badges for 1 Golden Fruit of Honor. Players may exchange up to five times per day. VIP players will also receive three additional daily attempts, being able to exchange 20 Bronze Honor Badges for 1 Golden Fruit of Honor.

I'm pretty sure that with the 1 Year Anniversary coming up next week they aren't going to have super events right now. They are most likely saving the best events for the Anniversary. So my guess is, that since everybody has been asking for Gmut events, they will probably give it to us with the maintenance for the anniversary.
