This recharge gifts, how it works please ?

If i recharge 300$ i get all the "crystal gift" or I only get the 30000 gift reward ? Is it a gift pack into the gift pack of the rewards from recharge or any NPC to visit to get those rewards ?

i just tried it and yes.. if you recharge 300$ you get the lower recharge items to.. they will been shown in your inventory as 1k rechargepack 3k rechargepack and so on.
