Purchasing Crystal Limit

Hello I have a question: Is there a limit on how much we can purchase crystal in a day on newly created account?

Yes and no. It depends on what the payment processor deems as normal or as suspicious. You can recharge thousands in a day, but if you do it in a way that looks suspicious, the processor will deny the payments.

There is a limit on how many crystals a new character can spend before level 30, though.

For example if I want to purchase 100,000 crystal ($1000) , can I purchase all of it in a day? Or will that looks suspicious and i should just purchase small amounts every day until 100,000?

You'd have to do blocks of 299.99, and if you recharge that amount repeatedly in a short time span, eventually the payment processor is going to put a hold on the account, pending approval, because it's abnormal behavior for anyone to recharge in such a manner. If you go from never recharging, or only ever recharging a little bit, to recharging 299.99 then a hold might be put into place as soon as the first payment, because it's not normal for you. Additionally, if you switch between payment methods, credit cards, emails, etc, while making such purchases, a hold will be put on everything pending approval.

There are several other security measures in place. There's dozens of reasons for why a payment might not go through.
