Why my Devine favor not changing in lvl 7 my stats dose not change and i have 4500 poits

hf was glitched out on mine for awhile also except i had over 100 points and no hf lvl 1... no icon on top i had reported it after i noticed i did not get the stats... they fixed it thank you
