Beastmaster level 155 off hand item and weapon

For a while now the Beastmaster level 155 off hand item and level 155 weapon have the exact same stats as the level 120 ones.
I was just wondering if this is ever going to get fixed thanks in advance

Are the stats on level 120's weapon also stronger than level 155's? If so, an updated screenshot of the two would be helpful.
