Ladder Glitch

I was joining a party to run ladder, only to find that it had been run and that there were rewards. I was confused by this as I had not run ladder yet. I tried to claim rewards and I got nothing and my ladder attempt was labeled at 0/1. Is there anyway it can be reset?

When you did ladder, did you happen to go around the same time as server time reset?
