Merry Christmas Even bug

so i log in to do my daily check in etc.... only to find i have 0 points now, i was saving for the recharge token....how can this be? i have 4 days check in, and 10 points now - that should be AT LEAST 20 points from the check ins alone. i checked the reward history and nothing has been claimed.

Also iv logged in a few toons to attempt the xmas tree event...not a single prize, is this broken or just really low pay out???
