Elementals awaken synthesis does nothing

I bought 110 elemental crystals to awaken my orange doom spirit. I click synthesis and it charges up as if its synthesizing but it does nothing. Items still in my bag and still have non awakened doom spirit.

Have you submitted a ticket with R2support? If you have not the link is in my signature. Did you unequip the doom spirit before trying to awaken the spirit? Can you create a video showing you have the items required and it not synthesizing? The video can be made with your phone or using the various screen recording apps found with a google search. I recommend using Flashback Express. It's very easy to use. Once the video is made please upload the video to youtube.

http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=ticket&ticket_type=7 file the ticket here. There's not really an area you can make sure it's listed for game-related bugs, so I would list it as a character issue.
In hopes of trying to fix it try unbinding the spirit and upgrading it. If that does not work then you should submit the ticket. Once you've submitted a ticket please private message myself or KanaDT with the email attached to the ticket, or the ticket number.

How do you dispel one that is already maxed?

dispel takes the ward off it... but im gonna assume you mean "upgrade"
