Character stcuk in game even if i already logged out

Hi,

As the title says my character is stuck in game. I know this because i checked it with an alt and saw it there. AFK status but not moving.
Im using the r2games client. I already did the following and still it wont log off
- Close client
- end task in task manager
- refresh internet /turn off modem
- restart computer
- File a ticket (although this one isnt really going to bring me anywhere lol)

If anyone knows a fix please let me know here. Thank you.

Occasionally when you go offline unexpectedly your character will stay online. It's usually resolved within the hour, but if your character is still online please, comment again and let us know.
