Are you sure he didn't use it outside of Bath? From the looks of it, you should have been buffed with him if that was the case.

However, it doesn't matter. Bath still does a certain amount of damage based on the players HP.

before entering, a knight can use battle hymn, before casting is over he/she went inside, so the cast will be done inside bath, ive seen that before
