No SP from Redemption Event

Hello.

Players in the lvl 55-59 category are not getting the Soul Print from completing redemption.

I have an alt and this Character who are not getting SP from Redemption quests Lvls 50-51 and 55-59.
Is this going to be fixed or is there going to be some sort of compensation

all special quest reward is fine but not for redemption, it is 3 day I doing it but never get SP from redemption.
