How to use the new Item Handbook?

Is there any guides on the new system called Item Handbook?

Not really much to it. You get starcoins from cashing.... then you summon items, which grant stats. The summoning is random though. Then when you get enough summoned, you can collect rewards and get additional stats... for example, getting the crude stone summoned grants +100 stats, and also lets you collect the reward for having 1 red item unlocked, which is another +100 stats, and a mount.
