from I win, or farm the Requiem Stones? and what's the monsters drop the shard souls? only are lvl 30+? any monster drop?

The Requiem Crystals are a very rare drop from monsters ranging from level 1 to level 80. You can farm the monster souls throughout the different maps and have a chance for a monster soul to drop provided they are within level range. For example, you cannot farm the monster souls if you're in a level 150 map as that is out of range. I hope that answers your question.
