i wanna know if the sockets and gems will gone if i up into fragarach staff II

No not when you are upgrading to another Earthen level of the weapon. If you are upgrading from Earthen to Superior then yes you will need to remove your gems to save them or they will be gone. I do not know if your sockets are lost, but your gems are. But you do not have to worry about that until you are at the point of upgrading to superior. Right now, just upgrade. You will be fine.
