Icons on screen.

Will there be a patch or something to turn off the icons above the normal icons on the bottom of the screen, they tend to stack up over my chatbox and recent battles box and I cant read them or click on different chat tabs. My monitor is around 1280 x 700 I think something like that and its hard to use the interface with the icons are blocking it. -Thanks
