Help me!!! I have paid for VIP about a week ago () yet i have not received my recharge pack. It says for ANY purchase over $5, and VIP is $8. Plus, I have done this before and received my payment pack

Unfortunately, subscribing to VIP does not qualify as a first recharge, so you will not be receiving the bonus pack for your purchase. Also note that First Payment Packs are limited to once per character.
