Gifting items?

I have crystals on my alt character and I tried to gift a costume to my main character, but it doesn't show any signs that I gifted anything, nor spent any crystal. Both characters were online at the time of trying to gift, and I have tried to gift to my main character several times, but nothing happened.... No crystal spent, nor any of the usual "System: (Item) gifted successfully!". I am able to buy items for myself, yet I cannot gift to my main character. I can also buy and gift on my main character however.

Is there some sort of requirement for gifting?

1. players below lv 10 cannot use the trade function

2. players below lv 35 cannot use the gift function

3. players below lv 35 have crystal spending cap. ( 10 - 24, 2000 crystal cap, 25 - 34, 10,000 crystal cap)
