Quest cannot be completed

i was doing my quest, then suddenly i got disconnected. the moment i entered into the game. my character was sent to starglade. Now since i have only one Quest(main, which must be completed in order for me to be able to get the other quest), i cannot complete it because the NPC do not exist in sg or any other part of the map. i was trying to abandon it, but it says that it cannot be abandoned .. help please T.T thanks gm.
