Fragarach Weapons upgrades

I was wondering if anyone knows the costs of the upgrades for the weapons...ie Superior I to Superior II and up. I mean number of frag shards and essences required.

I know from superior I to II it takes 5 frag shards and 9 BSE. Would have to ask around for the rest :/
