Purchased the 4000 and 2000 crystals pack today through my paypal. I have the funds otherwise I'd have not pressed the submit button or have even attempted to purchase. Is there a level limit to purchasing? (Purchased at level 1, currently level 11 @12:30AM 4/12/2015) and I have yet to receive any crystals. I have submitted a support ticket and the case number is 312467.

I just figured I'd ask the community here if they have any insight as to why this is being fantastically slow.
