My nature Rangers skill panic is bugged when i get hit or atacked nothing happens ny my helwing is lvl 20 now n still can be upgraded is it normal

Panic works just fine, go to Whisperwind beach and get a few mobs to hit you, you'll panic within reasonable time.
As for lv20 HW just saw it too, not feeding it anymore though, 540 pc's down for nothnig for that >.>Crystal Saga:
