unable to enter game

hello anyone who can help, I have a level 39 character in [S28] Heroic Stadium server, for 2 days now it has een stuck on loading info not passing script files at 72% and not loading the game, please help so I can rejoin the game

common people, is this or is this not the general support thread of the forum, yet not any information at all as to why My game will not load for days I have spent money on this game and would like to be able to continue playing it if you dont mind. I was asked one question and answered yet not any help to get back in to the game. Give me some info please.
