VIP subscription is recurring. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you will need to first access www.r2games.com/user. Proceed to click on the 'VIP State' tab, and there should be an option to cancel your VIP. -
If you purchased your VIP AFTER April 10th, then there will not be an issue. If you purchased your VIP Subscription before April 10th then you will need to re-register. You can view that by checking your VIP state in your account at the link that Reverie posted.

Wont let me cancel VIP!!! again
Im trying to cancel my vip from my R2 section as I do not wish for you (r2) to take more money from me, once my month is up, however it wont cancel it... Says cancellation successful, but when I refresh or come back to check at a later date its still there... I had this problem before. When I buy a month, I buy a month, I dnt want to keep paying beyond that, if I wanted too id simply buy another month. Auto renewal is soo bullcrap. Please cancel my vip, so that when it runs out, it runs out...xHannibal

You're going to need to send in a ticket to http://support.r2games.com. Include your account email address, the character name and server of character with the VIP, the payment method, and the payment email address, along with your request to cancel your VIP. Please select the VIP Subscription Problems, or the Billing Issue category in the ticket form.
