log in problems

i tried at least a dozen times to log on to server 62 yesterday. I saw other mention of this problem as well. Every time i tried to load s62 it got stuck on 10 percent load of module. I was expecting some kind of compensation, but at least adjust my check in bonuses to reflect that i logged on please. Thank you

have you tried to clear cache etc etc?

happens to me occasionally only when using Google chrome r internet explorer though, clearing cache has never worked for me normally just switch browsers
