        Thank you....I'm sure I won't get a response but I appreciate you giving me the link as it worked. Now I'll sit here like everyone else and get no response for weeks. Gotta love this company!

        How do you know the ticket #....i didnt see it or recieve anything?

          You will receive an e-mail containing your case number once a GM has responded to your ticket.
