Unable to Spend Crystals

Hello!
I received bonus 2k gems because of the recharge event going on, but now that im down to the last 2k crystals i cannot buy anything from the Fate Shop, i get a system message saying quota reached for my level. What does that even mean?
Can anyone help please? Much appreciated thanks.

Low level characters have a cap on how many crystals they can use. If I recall correctly, the cap will be lifted at level 35.

No problem at all. If not level 35, level 45 for sure. >.<
