World Boss problems

why is it that you have world boss spawn times at 1400 and 1900 ? when clearly they never spawn on time its now 1430 and still no ice queen spawn .... r2 either needs to fix this or redo the times they spawn because they are incorrect .... and would also be nice if a third spawn time was added....R2 please take note of this and fix this issue

1400 and 1900 does not mean that they all spawn at that time, it means after that time you should be looking for them to spawn .Idk maybe r2 needs to change the description of the event to clarify the matter
