i forgot my character lock so i sent a ticket, but i just wanna know, will i be helped? Or is it one of them things that r2 cant do anything about?

The GM assigned to your case will need you to confirm several things before they proceed to remove your character lock. As long as you can provide said information, there should be no extensive problems.
